About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team in a full-time role. This position requires the ability to sell truck parts to customers via the front counter, in person or over the phone.

You will be the public face of our large spare parts business, so you will have a good work ethic and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers
  • Handle all new & used part sales and enquiries
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately
  • Promote and upsell products
  • Work Saturday mornings on a rotating roster
  • Overtime may be required from time to time
To Be Successful
  • Previous experience in automotive spare parts interpreting is essential
  • Familiarity with parts inventory systems is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
  • A good level of computer literacy and ability is required
  • A good mechanical aptitude with attention to detail is essential
  • A forklift licence is preferred but not essential
