We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Communities Marketing team at Stockland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and practices to maximize profit centre performance and support the delivery of project vision and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and practices that align with the asset's vision and values
  • Ensure the effective execution of Local Area Marketing (LAM) planning framework to leverage the Stockland brand, acquire new leads, and support the achievement of sales targets
  • Manage eDM and social media content and communications to customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and provide high-quality briefs to achieve high-quality outputs and meet budget and deadlines
  • Devise, manage, and maintain asset marketing business plans and FY strategies, contributing to asset business planning, Project Control Groups (PCG), liveability action plans, and place visioning strategies
  • Ensure community development initiatives are integrated into LAM plans and executed accordingly
  • Review and interpret data to provide key insights and drive a culture of community insights to assist decision-making at a project level and enhance marketing and sales strategies
  • Review and evaluate competitor marketing activity and changing consumer trends to incorporate learnings into national and local campaign development and execution
  • Manage and monitor marketing expenditure and reforecasting in line with agreed annual budgets to minimize overspend impacts

About You

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  • 5+ years marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials, developing and executing strategies
  • Project management expertise
  • Experience managing external agencies and suppliers
  • Budget managing experience
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
