As a strategic planning and specification development specialist, you will play a key role in creating yearly plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on key companies in the concrete market. You will develop specifications for various concrete products, including fibers, recycled concrete, and UCS Pak, in consultation with industry experts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic plans to meet business objectives;
- Creating product specifications in collaboration with industry experts;
- Delivering professional presentations to consultants and stakeholders to promote Sika's concrete products;
- Maintaining a product sample kit and disseminating knowledge about new concrete products and concepts;
- Providing technical support and solutions to designers and stakeholders;
- Collaborating with the sales team to relay specifications and leads;
- Regularly updating contact lists and project information related to the concrete market.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 3-5 years' experience in the building and construction industry, preferably with concrete product experience;
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within the concrete market;
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the concrete industry;
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills;
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales goals.
