Job Overview

The HUB24 Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Specialist Services to lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial crime, fraud, data and privacy risks across the organisation.


As a key member of the risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing specialised risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to address financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy risks in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.


You will also work closely with business partners to embed risk awareness, culture, and effective operationalisation of first-line risk and compliance management.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the specialist services team to identify, assess, and mitigate financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy risks.
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality reporting for Boards/Board Committees and the Group Executive.
  • Driving the effective operationalisation of specialist risk frameworks and policies into the HUB24 business.
  • Ensuring the specialist services team works with and leverages the business partners in the core services team to support embedment of risk awareness, culture, and effective operationalisation of first-line risk and compliance management.
  • Identifying and implementing uplift across the Group's financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy control environments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Professional qualifications in risk and compliance with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in risk management and compliance.
  • In-depth experience across financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy risk categories (preferably within the financial services sector).
  • Specialist qualifications in financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy and risk management (ACAMS qualification favourably considered).
