We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Job Coach. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions.

The Job Coach will work closely with clients to identify their goals and aspirations, develop skills and job readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment. You'll also collaborate with employers to ensure their recruitment needs are met.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • ">
  • Encouraging and motivating participants to find their own employment">
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients">
  • Reverse marketing clients to employers">
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes">
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements">
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process">

You'll be part of a vibrant, collaborative team of employment services professionals who share a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience">
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges">
  • Ability to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders">
  • Confidence in working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for clients/employers">
  • A genuine desire to contribute to our organization's mission and values">
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence">
