Clinical Team Lead for NDIS Services

**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist Team Leader to join our team in Melbourne's south-east region. As a key member of our community-based team, you will lead a group of therapists and manage your own caseload while providing professional support to the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with the community team, including plan and support managers, and therapists
- Managing a small caseload of patients with varying needs
- Applying expertise to provide ongoing professional support to the team
**What We Offer**
In this role, you can expect:
- A competitive salary package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits
- A 30-kilometre capped radius for travel within Melbourne's south-east region
- A mix of clinical and non-clinical responsibilities

- An extensive induction program to ensure a smooth transition into the role
- A high degree of autonomy to manage your work effectively
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- At least four years' experience in a therapeutic role
- Variety of clinical skills and experience
- Patient-focused and service-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal patient base, as well as mentor junior staff members
- Effective stakeholder engagement and education skills
- Active listening and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in acute hospital or private sector settings
- Proficiency in video conferencing software
- A current driver's licence
- Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
**Location**
This position is based in Melbourne's south-east region, with opportunities to work in both clinic and community settings.
