Role Overview:

Aqua Fitness Instructors are sought to deliver engaging and inclusive physical activities in a water-based environment.

This opportunity is ideal for those passionate about promoting health and wellness through aquatic programs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively interact with participants of diverse ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver high-quality Aqua Aerobics and Deep Water Running classes tailored to meet the needs of various age groups and fitness levels.
  2. Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, ensuring all participants feel comfortable and encouraged throughout the sessions.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and dynamic team culture, contributing to the overall success of our Health and Wellness program.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: AQF Level 4 Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in delivering group fitness classes, preferably in an aquatic setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
