About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our team in Brisbane, focusing on community-based services. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to clients in their homes and within community networks, working closely with our community team, including plan and support managers, and therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients' conditions and needs, developing tailored treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Liaise with NDIS service providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Drive internal and external marketing initiatives to build our network, as directed by management.

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- AHPRA registration.
- Patient-focused and service-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Active listener and critical thinker, with a passion for making a difference.
- Strong learning mindset, with a desire to challenge existing perceptions and expand knowledge and skill-set.
- Current driver's license and eligibility to work permanently in Australia.
