Family Medicine Specialist - Aged Care Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to practice family medicine in a rapidly growing region of Victoria, Australia.

The role involves providing high-quality medical care to residents in aged care facilities. You will have the support of a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, telehealth geriatricians, and administrative staff.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consultations and reviews to residents
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • General or specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) without conditions; overseas applicants are not eligible
  • Nearing fellowship in either general practice (RACGP) or rural medicine (FACRRM)
