Job Description

As a Mental Health Worker, your daily responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily living skills and community activities, being informed about any changes to their care needs, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure all treatment plans are followed. You will also be required to implement intervention techniques and input data to address the challenges individuals face in achieving their personal goals.

Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or Disability
  • 6 months experience working in a similar role
  • Available during the week and on weekends
  • Covid-19 Vaccine recommended but not Mandatory
  • NDIS Workers Check
  • Drivers Licence and Car with Comprehensive Insurance
  • Available for an immediate start
  • Working with Children Check
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation at all times
  • Experience in managing clients with challenging behaviours
  • Skills/experience in working with diversity, including young people who are culturally and linguistically diverse
  • Excellent working knowledge in Mental Health services

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
