Australia and New Zealand Solutions Architecture Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of Solution Architects, focusing on increasing adoption of cloud-based solutions within the Australia and New Zealand market.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the ANZ Solutions Architecture team.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key customers and drive business growth through architectural discussions and value creation.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources.
  • Educate public sector customers on the value proposition of cloud-based solutions and participate in architectural discussions to ensure successful deployment.
  • Guide and motivate the development of high-value customer-facing content, including whitepapers, data sheets, and best practices.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience in technical, enterprise customer-facing roles or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
  • Bachelor's degree and experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
