The role

In this role, you will support the Project Management team on projects with project financial and monthly reporting into the internal finance department at Palladium.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support with the systems and processes for the timely delivery of projects and milestones agreed with clients.
  • Ensure systems are in place to develop and maintain a Project Cost Management Plan.
  • Agree Project budgets internally with the Palladium Infrastructure team and external individual project budgets.
  • Support project financial forecast and budget reporting.
  • Record and monitor expenditure on a monthly basis and identify variances from budgets and reasons.
  • Notify the Project Director about any potential financial issues and agree remedial actions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Project Teams and Palladium's APAC Finance Team.
  • Prepare invoices for clients and monitor the payment process.

About You

You will have previously worked in a similar role supporting a range of Projects or Programs with a range of requests. You have excellent MS Excel skills and are comfortable navigating complex systems.
