Software Development Lead

As a Software Development Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our software development initiatives. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in software engineering and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems, including compilers and transpilers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and user manuals.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on software development best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software development, with a focus on compiler development and transpiler design.
  • Strong knowledge of internal compiler structures, language parsing, and code generation.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
