About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our High Dependency Unit team at Calvary Care. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate patient care to patients requiring high dependency and cardiology intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients in the High Dependency Unit
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Monitor and manage patients' conditions, including those with telemetry
  • Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements
  • AHPRA Registration with a current practising certificate
  • Demonstrated critical care experience
  • Postgraduate certificate in Critical Care/Cardiology Nursing highly regarded
  • Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
