The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at St Trinity Property Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all internal financial reporting responsibilities for multiple entities, including monthly management accounts. They will also be responsible for maintaining oversight of all accounting matters, ensuring strong organizational discipline and controls over the general ledger and other accounting records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all internal financial reporting responsibilities for multiple entities, including monthly management accounts.
  • Maintain oversight of all accounting matters, ensuring strong organizational discipline and controls over the general ledger and other accounting records.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports for all businesses, including ABS, BAS, IAS, FBT, annual financial statements, tax returns, and payroll tax.
  • Manage tax compliance responsibilities for the businesses, working with external advisors on tax planning processes and opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze insurance policies.
  • Prepare and analyze property management reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the AP, AR, payroll, and tax functions.
  • Roll out business initiatives and strategies from the finance function.
