Electrical Career Opportunity

We are seeking an Electrician to join our team for a range of roles within shut down operations and projects division.

As an Electrician, you will have the opportunity to work at various locations across Western Australia on mining construction and maintenance shutdown projects. We have longstanding contracts with major mining companies and a strong pipeline of work.

Locations, rosters, project types, and environments vary, offering a diverse range of experiences.

  • Interpret diagrams, drawings, or specifications to determine job requirements
  • Identify and repair electrical malfunctions/faults
  • Install electrical and electronic control systems and insulated cables
  • Construct and replace electrical/electronic components and equipment
  • Splice and terminate electrical conductors
  • Assemble and install conduits, cable ladders, and other electrical conductor enclosures
About You

Applicants should hold a WA Electrical Licence, preferably with experience working in a mining environment.

We may also consider qualified Electricians looking to transition into mining from a similar industry.

Key qualifications include:

  • WA Electrical Licence
  • Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 3 years)
  • CPR/LVR (within 12 months)
  • First Aid (within 3 years)
  • Construction White Card
  • Australian Drivers Licence

Highly desirable qualifications include:

  • BHP / RIO-TINTO / FMG inductions
  • Instrumentation
  • HV Switching
  • PLC Logic
  • Engineering
  • Hazardous Areas
  • Open Cablers – Communication
