Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Podiatrist to provide essential podiatric services across various clinical environments. This role offers the chance to enhance your professional experience while contributing to the health and well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver podiatry services in diverse clinical settings, including high-risk and diabetic care, pediatric podiatry, palliative treatment, biomechanics, nail surgery, wound care, and skin and nail pathology.
  • Engage in orthotic prescription and manufacturing, health education, and promotion.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of podiatry services within the health network.
  • Provide effective assessment, triage, and timely referrals, ensuring coordinated care and follow-up for clients.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess a recognized qualification in Podiatry and be eligible for full membership in the relevant Professional Association. For roles requiring registration, all conditions for maintaining current registration must be met. Participation in accredited continuous professional development programs is highly desirable.

About the Role

As a Podiatrist, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a commitment to implementing service improvement initiatives. A client-centered approach is essential, ensuring that clients, caregivers, and families receive comprehensive support throughout their healthcare journey.

Important Considerations
