We are looking for a skilled individual to fill the role of Barback in our fast-paced environment. This position requires exceptional service skills, product knowledge, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service to all guests
• Promoting the venue and its services
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Meeting marketing requirements set by management
• Upselling to maximize sales
• Following cash handling procedures accurately
• Operating POS systems and demonstrating basic computer skills

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Be 21 or older
• Have a minimum of two years experience in high-volume service environments
• Previous experience in a nightclub bartending setting is an asset
• Hold valid alcohol awareness and health department cards
• Be self-motivated with a desire to improve skills
• Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, and cocktails
