Service Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to lead our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of before and after-school care and vacation care for children at our partner school.

The Service Coordinator will lead a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program. They will create daily plans, supervise primary-aged children, prepare healthy food options, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to develop and maintain a high-quality program for children
  • Create daily plans and schedules to ensure a safe and engaging experience for children
  • Supervise primary-aged children during before and after-school care and vacation care sessions
  • Prepare healthy food options for children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
