We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our warehouse team as a Full-Time Warehouse Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a career opportunity with a growing company.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders ready for dispatch and delivery, while maintaining safe manual handling practices.
  • You will contribute to daily workflow as part of a team, ensuring efficient and effective order processing.
  • Your responsibilities will include receiving and receipting customer orders using wireless scanners and SAP, tracking inventory, and ensuring proper stock levels.
  • You will also assemble procedure packs accurately, following strict quality and regulatory guidelines.
  • Report and investigate any discrepancies in inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet daily targets.
  • Perform general data entry, record keeping, and warehouse duties as required.

About You:

  • Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse role (desired but not essential).
  • Reliable and punctual team player with a positive attitude.
  • Able to follow established procedures and quality standards.
  • Experience using RF scanners and SAP an advantage but not essential.
  • Forklift License not required but advantageous.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A safe work ethic and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Able to work flexibly and efficiently within tight deadlines.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues.
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail skills.
