About the Role

Cuscal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Business Continuity Management to join our Group Risk and Compliance Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the Business Continuity Management Framework and core components are functioning as expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day business activities to ensure compliance with the Business Continuity Management Framework, methodology, processes, and tools.
  • Report, analyse, and escalate to enhance the effectiveness of Business Continuity Management across Cuscal.
  • Design, implement, and embed initiatives to ensure sustainable Business Continuity Management practices.
  • Monitor and follow up on business continuity-related incidents, issues, and remediation actions.
  • Monitor compliance of Business Continuity Management framework against relevant regulatory requirements.
About You

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Continuity Management in the financial services sector.
  • Sound knowledge of APRA prudential standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience using Power BI to analyse data and generate insights.
