We are seeking a skilled Support Professional to provide tailored assistance to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping people achieve their goals, maintain independence, and participate fully in daily life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and daily living support based on individual needs
  • Assisting with tasks such as meal preparation, light domestic work, and transportation
  • Encouraging social participation, community engagement, and inclusion
  • Supporting choice and independence in all aspects of care
  • Maintaining accurate records in accordance with organisational requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine commitment to supporting and empowering people with disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to care
Selection Criteria
  1. Experience in manual handling and supporting clients with mobility aids and personal care equipment
  2. The ability to work with clients who have complex mental health needs, including behavioural and emotional regulation
  3. Availability Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm
  4. Availability for weekend, public holiday, and school holiday shifts
  5. Certificate III or IV in Disability Services (or equivalent), or at least three years' relevant experience
  6. A completed Assist Clients with Medication skill set (or willingness to obtain)
  7. Access to a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle suitable for transporting clients
