At our leading-edge Supplier Distribution Centre in Jadakot, we are seeking a skilled and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support the HQ Logistics team with day-to-day logistics coordination and inventory management. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, storage, and Pre-Delivery Inspection operations at the distribution centre.
Responsibilities include:Managing inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, storage, and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) operations at the distribution centre.Monitoring and following up on vehicle maintenance and repair activities in the warehouse, driving continuous process optimization.Developing and updating vehicle acceptance plans in line with port clearance timelines.Coordinating onboard item handling and documentation, including inventory verification, classification, and secure storage.Tracking outbound shipments, updating system records, and ensuring timely and accurate logistics data entry.Overseeing delivery schedules, monitoring transportation status, and managing urgent or priority shipments.Coordinating vehicle damage claims and handling delays or disruptions in transportation.Analyzing logistics costs, verifying invoices, managing payments, and supporting account reconciliation processes.Reviewing and improving on-site regulations, SOPs, and operational guidelines to enhance overall efficiency.Collecting, verifying, and analyzing logistics partner performance data to ensure accuracy and drive operational improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:2+ years of experience in logistics and inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Proficiency in Logistics Management Systems, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex logistics challenges efficiently.A proactive, results-driven mindset with a positive 'can-do' attitude.Bilingual proficiency in English is preferred.
