Job Description:

As a key leader in our Recreation and Aquatics facility, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and vision for the general operations of the centre.

This is an opportunity to lead a team of professionals and work in partnership with community groups to develop programs and services that meet the needs of our community.

You will be responsible for leading multiple business units including Customer Care, Health & Wellness, Aquatic Safety, Operations, Gymnastics, and Community Engagement. This requires strong leadership skills and the ability to balance day-to-day priorities with innovation in programming and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar leadership role within the Sports & Recreation industry or significant team leadership and budget management experience from a different industry. A tertiary qualification in Sports Management, Business Management, or a related field is also required. Previous leadership experience is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a leadership role within the Sports & Recreation industry or significant team leadership and budget management experience from a different industry;
