Business Development Manager

About the Role
As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to accelerate the penetration of BOQ mortgage services in a designated territory, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will source and build relationships with new referral partners within your local community for Home Lending business, leveraging your strong ability to business develop and build strong relationships.
In line with BOQ Groups values, you will take personal accountability to providing a high level of customer service and keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process at a level that promotes and drives customer satisfaction and advocacy.
You will have the ability to foster a coaching culture to support referral partners and a branch network to complement your internal drive, engaging with prospects and customers to establish trust and develop long term relationships.
With a high performing team, you will be an active member creating growth, leading progressively and empathetically, in a manner that is high in integrity, fun and makes a difference.
