About the JobWe're seeking an experienced Underground Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects across Perth Metropolitan, including land development, airports, ports, main roads, underground infrastructure, bridges, and structures.
Responsibilities- Supporting underground construction crews on each worksite to ensure activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively
- Monitoring quality control of internal and subcontract crews
- Ensuring compliance to drawings, specifications, and governing body standards
- At least 5 years of experience supervising land development/undergrounds/pavements and earthworks projects
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Direct supervision with excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
