About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional residential Estimator/Scheduler to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in double story builds and a proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed cost estimates and schedule management for construction double story builds.
  • Analyse plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
  • Assess the cost-effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
  • Estimate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years industry experience within the Perth market of double story builds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
