Job Description

We are seeking a talented performance marketing professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across digital and traditional platforms, working closely with our media agency and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. They will be proficient in using AI tools for audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and campaign optimisation.

Key responsibilities include managing budgets and performance across search, social, display and emerging channels to deliver strong ROI, automating and visualising performance insights using data analytics tools, and collaborating across creative, product and sales teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaign goals.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, including strategy, execution and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.) and the tools that power performance marketing.
  • Sharp analytical mind with the ability to turn insights into action, and confidently present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach and solid stakeholder engagement skills across multiple teams.
