BDO Australia is a leading full-service audit, tax and advisory firm in North Queensland.
We have a team of Partners and over 65 team members offering a unique combination of local market knowledge, established relationships, technical expertise and form part of the global BDO network.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits with accuracy and providing support to junior team members. A tertiary qualification being a Bachelor of Business/Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent is required.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and highly motivated individual who is a real team player committed to working collaboratively to achieve exceptional client service. You will need self-starter skills, professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Conducting a range of audit tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Providing support and assistance to junior team members
- Identifying and resolving complex issues that may arise during audits
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
As a successful candidate, you can expect:
An estimated salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy various benefits including health insurance, flexible work arrangements and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
