Job Title: Specialised Care Provider

Join us to provide tailored care for residents in a residential home environment.

We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as Specialised Carers. This role involves providing personal support, assisting with daily living activities, and enhancing the overall well-being of residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including showering, grooming, toileting, and other daily needs
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Support residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
  • Have a genuine passion for serving elderly people and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
  • Be flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Have knowledge and experience working with individuals with dementia and their families
