Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of local growth strategies by identifying market opportunities and key drivers.
  • Work closely with the Shopper Activation Team to activate strategic marketing direction.
  • Lead the collation and delivery of activity through Activity In Market Process.
  • Manage timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and track activation progress.
  • Implement financial management processes and manage committed spend.
  • Centralize communication by managing activation folders and sharing information with key stakeholders.
  • Provide omni-channel support by partnering with marketing and category teams to implement local activation plans.
  • Participate in NPD processes, support POS development, and ensure brand standards are met.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in consumer marketing.
  • Business or marketing degree qualified.
  • Liquor industry experience is valued but not essential.
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, and financial acumen.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
