About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Retail Associate to join our team in OPSM Melbourne Central. No optical experience is required - we provide world-class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities- Meet and greet customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Process specialised orders for our customers.
- Drive sales through providing customers with informative knowledge on our luxury and cutting-edge products.
- Contribute to a positive and fun team culture.
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
