Senior Graphics Programmer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphics Programmer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge game projects.

As a key member of our graphics team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance graphics systems. You will work closely with other teams, including art and design, to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for video games and interactive graphics, with extensive knowledge and experience in software development and 3D graphics rendering pipelines. You should be comfortable working in large codebases with complex build processes and be able to effectively communicate technical ideas and document your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-performance graphics systems
  • Collaborate with art and design teams to integrate graphics systems into the game engine
  • Optimize existing rendering systems for maximum performance
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing graphics and related game systems
  • Communicate technical ideas and document your work effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in low-level software development, including 2+ years in the video games industry or a relevant related field
  • Experience with at least one modern 3D graphics API (Vulkan, Metal, D3D12, etc)
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of 3D rendering techniques
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas and document your work effectively
