Stride, a leading mental health service provider, is seeking experienced professionals to join our multidisciplinary team in private practice settings. With over 100 years of experience in the sector, we offer a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families.
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, Clinical and General Psychologists, and Mental Health Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality services under the Medicare Benefits Scheme (MBS - Better Access).
As a Private Practitioner with Stride, you will have the autonomy to work flexibly, choosing from 2-4 days per week, while enjoying administrative support, billing assistance, and appointment bookings. You will also be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team, engaging in daily case reviews and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment, counseling, and therapeutic skills, with the ability to service between 5-10 clients per day. They will also have opportunities to run group programs, providing valuable support to young people aged 12-25. In return, you can expect a competitive salary, estimated at AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
