Job Description:

As an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist at EACH Victoria, you will play a critical role in supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities. Your expertise in child development and ability to identify developmental issues will enable you to deliver tailored support options that fit each child and family's needs.

You will work closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to empower them with skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives. This includes connecting children and families with their community to ensure they are included and can participate in the settings and activities they choose.

Your comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles will be essential in guiding families through the application, implementation, and funding processes of NDIS plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood/ Education
  • Expert knowledge in child development and the ability to identify developmental issues
  • Proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles
