About the Role

We are currently accepting applications for a Demi Chef to join our Culinary team at our beautiful property in Sydney. In this crucial role, you will assist in supervising the organisation of sections to be prepared in line with the Sous Chef's direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily specials preparation

  • Mentor junior team members under your direction

Requirements
  • Culinary qualifications such as Commercial Cookery Cert III, is required
  • Prior experience in bulk hot production
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of European, Australian or Asian cooking styles
  • Full-working rights to commit to work across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with others
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
