About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in delivering safe, effective, and therapeutic models of care to patients.

The individual will oversee the structure, governance, and leadership of the Neurostimulation Service. They will ensure that ECT and TMS services are delivered safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to the Neurostimulation Service.
  • Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Relevant registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience working in a mental health setting with ECT and TMS clients.
  • Understanding of scope of practice in line with relevant registration.
  • Ability to assess, evaluate, and react to care delivery needs of patients.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate patient care.
