We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Engineer to deploy hardware and software, configure systems, and tune solutions.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying hardware and software, configuring systems, and tuning solutions
  • Providing technical training and support to customers
  • Participating in customer-focused seminars, tradeshows, events, and training
  • Managing customer relationships during the deployment phase

The ideal candidate will have experience working with High Performance Computing (HPC) systems at customer sites or with HPC vendors or integrators.

Australian citizenship and Australian Government Security Clearance (preferably at NV2 level) are required for this role. A BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences; or equivalent is also required.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of AI and data management.
