We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Director to join our team at TPG Telecom. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably in the telecommunications industry. A CPA/CIMA/CA qualification is preferred, but not essential. Strong Excel skills, including experience in financial modeling, are also required.

About the Role:

This role involves partnering with the Executive General Manager IT & Digital and IT General Managers to shape the most efficient cost structure for the IT department. You will be responsible for developing the annual budget, Rolling Forecast, and Long-range plan, working closely with stakeholders within IT, One Tech organisation, and Finance.

You will provide strategic commercial and financial leadership on all aspects of IT's decisions to relevant GM and IT Leadership teams. Preparing and reviewing capital investment criteria to ensure business case integrity and robustness is also a key responsibility.
