We are looking for an experienced Crown Attorney to join our team at Service Tasmania. As a Crown Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to the State of Tasmania, its instrumentalities and Agencies in various courts and tribunals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and experience as a solicitor or barrister. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results in court.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide legal advice and representation to the State of Tasmania, its instrumentalities and Agencies in various courts and tribunals.
  • To conduct research and prepare written submissions and oral arguments.
Requirements:
  • Admitted or eligible for admission as a Barrister or Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania.
  • Drivers Licence.
