About the RoleThis 2-year fixed-term leadership position involves coordinating and executing strategic initiatives across various business portfolios, with a focus on supporting the successful implementation of Microsoft D365.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Transformation: Lead key initiatives that foster organisational growth, including the end-to-end rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Develop Change Strategies: Craft innovative plans that incorporate communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build strong, trust-based relationships across all business levels.
- Analyse Impact & Readiness: Conduct thorough impact and readiness assessments, risk analyses, and support change mitigation strategies.
- Training & Communication: Design compelling training programs and communication strategies to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
- Foster Improvement Culture: Promote continuous improvement by identifying and acting on opportunities for process enhancement.
- Lead and Mentor: Provide leadership and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
