Store Leader Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Leader to join our team at Lorna Jane Geelong store. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Recruit, train, develop, and succession plan your team
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
  • Roster your team in line with store trading
