Retail Sales Associate

We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team at Rundle Place in South Australia. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.
About the Role- As a Sales Consultant, you'll collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- You'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information about our products.
- Effective stock management is crucial in this role, so you'll need to ensure that inventory levels are maintained, and stock is accurately replenished.
- You'll also contribute to the visual merchandising of our store, ensuring that it looks its best at all times.
- In addition to these responsibilities, you'll embody the Country Road Group values, living and breathing our brand culture.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience in-store.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information about our products.

- Participate in visual merchandising activities, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times.
