Job Title: Oshc Coordinator

The role involves leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. As an Oshc Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating and leading a dynamic, child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.

About the Role:

This permanent, part-time role offers flexible hours, including paid non-contact admin time. You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: morning and afternoon sessions. Your key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, handling admin tasks, and fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You'll need to possess strong communication skills, be a natural leader who enjoys guiding a team, and have a passion for supporting children. Additionally, you should have (or be willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check, Australian work rights, and a relevant qualification as per ACECQA.
