About the Role:

  • As a Fleet Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers, implementing a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and generate leads, and maximising every sales opportunity to achieve our volume and profit objectives.
  • You will maintain a thorough knowledge of current product benefits and features, including models and series, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • With a proven ability to set and achieve personal goals and targets, you will be an outstanding negotiator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You will also be willing to work hard and enjoy the process, with a commitment to ongoing development and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of dealership experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve personal goals and targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work hard and enjoy the process.
