Job Description
The Court Order Administrator plays a vital role in the administration of court orders for individuals assessed as being at low risk of reoffending. This role is responsible for directing and monitoring compliance in line with court order obligations and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities
- Refer individuals to relevant services and monitor compliance against order requirements
- Implement appropriate responses to non-compliance and escalate matters as required to senior staff in a timely manner.
- Produce case notes, reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated experience or an awareness of key case management components: assessment, planning, service coordination and brokerage and interventions.
- Able to give frank and honest feedback/advice, listen when ideas are challenged, and respond constructively.
- Pays attention to words, expression and body language; recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion.
