Role Overview

This role involves coordinating and completing Change Activities across customers' deployed networks and solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain customer engagement throughout the life of a Customer Request (MAC) from initiation to closure.
  2. Engage remotely with customers to identify and understand their requirements, fulfilling service requests and raising provisions in the system.
  3. Interpret customer requests to ensure services are delivered correctly.
  4. Provision appropriate orders through Provisioning or other Carrier Provisioning systems.
  5. Manage internal workgroups to deliver to customer schedules, involving multiple sites, services, or complexity requiring project-based coordination.
  6. Manage external vendors to achieve completion within required timeframes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous provisioning experience as a delivery specialist in Fixed Data & Voice / Internet.
  • Proven technology/telco product knowledge.
  • An understanding of change management.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
