Key Role Overview

This is a customer-facing position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for prospective clients at display home
  • Meet and greet clients, answer general inquiries, promote brand and products
  • Drive potential sales and provide general assistance to Sales Consultant as required
Additional Tasks:
  • Maintain appearance and tidiness of display home
  • Compile and restock marketing materials
  • Book client meetings and appointments
Requirements:

For this role we are seeking someone who is approachable, helpful and confident when interacting with customers. Delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high levels of care responsibility and sound computer literacy skills mandatory.
