**Job Opportunity: Plumbing Trainer and Assessor**

A skilled Plumbing Trainer and Assessor is required to deliver trade-based training in our VET in School programs. As a PEER Trainer and Assessor, your role will include providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to learners under the supervision of a certified subject matter expert.

This dynamic position involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for VET in School learners, providing individualized support and guidance to learners, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain curriculum, and assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet industry standards.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to learners to ensure their success and growth.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain up-to-date curriculum.
  • Evaluate learner progress and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Hold a valid plumbing trade qualification and current PGE Licence.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show the ability to inspire, support, and motivate individuals.
  • Desirable: Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to study.
