This role involves dealing cards to players, shuffling, and announcing winning hands in accordance with Gaming Procedure, internal controls, and rules and procedures of poker. You will also receive fills and distribute credits, monitor game progress, and notify supervisors of any disputes, problems, or concerns with either patrons or game progress.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic mathematical skills, and knowledge of various poker games, including Texas Hold'em, No Limit Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and Seven-Card Stud. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with two years of poker dealing experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting positive public/employee relations at all times and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Conducting yourself in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures is essential for success in this role.
